Wow!  I know, I know...it's been a LONG time since I updated anything on this site!  And it's been an exciting year for the Walter clan.

Kary and I have worked the last year to beging building her business.  She is doing website design, photography, and some other graphic design.  We're still in the beginning stages of the business, but she shot two weddings last summer as well as three senior picture sessions.  She has two weddings on the books already for this year, and a third with the date yet to be determined.

As for her web design, that's really been slow since the early part of last year.  It's not the area of the business we've really been working with since her photography seems to have picked up.  We are currently working on one new site however, and will be looking to begin advertising her services soon.

I am still working for Gaffaney's, and still doing quite a bit of travel.  There have been some changes at Gaffaney's in staff, etc., but it's still much the same. The learning opportunities are still there, as I've gotten to work with more different equipment.

The girls continue to grow.  Kylar is a real conversationalist now, and McKenna isn't too far behind.  It's amazing to watch their imaginations at work as they play!  They're also starting to learn some responsiblities (YUCK!).  They have to clean up their toys before bedtime at night, and make sure their dirty clothes get into the laundry.  It's a little sad to take away from their fun, but it sure makes it easier for us!  They're also enjoying playing with my niece, Natasha, who has been staying with us for the last couple of months or so.  Tasha is 6 1/2 months old, and is absolutely adorable.

Of course the big news for us lately is that we bought a new house!  It's a little bit bigger, at 1900 square feet or so versus the 1500 square feet we had in the old house, but it also has an unfinished basement which makes for great storage.  Oh, and it has a GARAGE!!!!  The girls are sharing a room, and enjoying their new beds (their first twin beds) in their new room.  :)  Tasha has a room to herself for now, and Kary and I have taken the third bedroom on the second floor, keeping us all together at night.
